Child Protection and Safety Policy

Only Rule 34 is committed to preventing child sexual exploitation and abuse. We apply a zero-tolerance approach to the sexual exploitation of minors and prohibit the use of our services for any activity that endangers or exploits children.
Our platform is intended exclusively for adults aged 18 and above. Anyone under 18 is prohibited from accessing, registering for, or participating in our services.
This Policy sets out the restrictions that apply to users and creators, how we respond to child safety concerns, and the steps we may take to enforce these requirements.
Who May Use the Platform?
All users must be at least 18 years old. Before accessing adult content, users must confirm that they satisfy this age requirement.
Additional age assurance checks may be required where applicable law calls for them. Users who do not meet the relevant age threshold will not be allowed to access Only Rule 34. Failure to complete required age checks may also result in denied access, while accounts associated with minors may be suspended or terminated.
Minors are not permitted to create accounts, access adult material, or upload content.
Creators must undergo identity and age verification before receiving permission to publish content. They must also ensure that every individual appearing in their content is an adult and that all necessary publication rights, permissions, and consent have been obtained. Creator accounts that fail verification or breach this Policy or our Terms of Service may be refused, suspended, or terminated.
Zero Tolerance for Child Sexual Exploitation
Only Rule 34 prohibits all content or conduct that depicts, facilitates, promotes, or sexualizes the exploitation of minors.
Prohibited material includes:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
- Content involving child sexual exploitation and abuse (CSEA).
- Sexual content involving anyone under the age of 18.
- Content that encourages, promotes, or sexualizes minors.
- Real or digitally created content, including altered, synthetic, AI-generated, or animated material, that depicts or appears to depict a minor in a sexual context.
Users must not create, upload, publish, host, distribute, promote, solicit, or facilitate access to any such material. Sharing links, contact information, or other resources to enable child sexual exploitation, access to child sexual abuse material, or related unlawful activity is also prohibited.
Any attempt to normalize or justify sexual activity involving minors is forbidden.
Conduct That Endangers Minors
Users may not use Only Rule 34 to groom, solicit, coerce, or otherwise attempt to involve minors in sexual activity or exploitation.
Where such conduct is identified, we may immediately restrict or terminate the associated account. Information may also be provided to appropriate authorities where disclosure is required or permitted by applicable law.
How We Identify and Address Violations
We use moderation practices, user reports, and internal safety procedures to detect and respond to suspected child safety violations. Our procedures may involve reviewing reports, examining flagged content, removing prohibited material, taking action against offending accounts, and regularly assessing how our safeguards can be improved.
Reports involving possible child sexual exploitation are prioritized. Our moderation team evaluates reports according to risk, with the highest priority given to concerns involving minors or suspected child sexual exploitation. Where appropriate, content may be temporarily restricted during an investigation to reduce the risk of further harm.
Reporting a Concern
Anyone who believes that content on Only Rule 34 involves a minor or violates this Policy should report the matter immediately.
Reports can be submitted through the Content Removal Request form or sent to admin@onlyrule34.com.
To assist our review, please include the content's URL, relevant usernames or account details, an explanation of the suspected violation, and screenshots or other supporting information where appropriate.
We review child safety reports as quickly as reasonably possible, giving priority to potential exploitation and other urgent concerns.
Review Outcomes and Enforcement
When credible evidence indicates child sexual exploitation or abuse, Only Rule 34 may remove the material, restrict access, suspend or terminate the accounts involved, limit future platform access where appropriate, or take other necessary measures to protect users and meet legal obligations.
We may also take enforcement action under our Terms of Service and other applicable platform policies.
Legal Cooperation
Only Rule 34 cooperates with law enforcement agencies, regulators, and other competent authorities where the law requires or permits it. Information relating to users, accounts, or content may be disclosed in response to appropriate legal processes, including valid court orders, warrants, and other legally binding requests.
Confidential Records and Retention
We keep records of reports, investigations, and enforcement actions when needed to comply with legal requirements, protect users, and enforce our policies. Information concerning users, accounts, activity, and investigations is retained only for the period necessary for those purposes, subject to applicable privacy and data protection laws.
Reporting Misuse of the Reporting Process
We encourage anyone with a genuine child safety concern to report it. Knowingly making false, fraudulent, or malicious reports may result in restrictions on an account or other appropriate enforcement action.
Good-faith reporting will not itself lead to penalties merely because the investigation does not confirm a violation.
Updates to This Policy
This Policy may be updated periodically to account for legal or regulatory changes, industry standards, and revisions to our internal practices. Any revised version will be published here, with the Last Updated date amended accordingly.
