Video Upload Rules and Content Guidelines
Last updated: 07/07/2026
Only Rule 34 hosts adult videos and aims to maintain a collection that is suitable for its audience, accurately presented, and consistent with the platform's standards. Anyone uploading content must follow these rules.
Minimum Standards for Videos
Every video submitted for publication must satisfy these conditions:
- It must feature sexual content, masturbation, or nudity.
- It must run for at least one minute.
- Its resolution must be 720p HD or higher.
- All performers shown must be correctly identified. Naming or tagging someone who does not appear in the video is prohibited.
- The same video must not already be hosted on Only Rule 34.
Our moderation team reviews submissions against these requirements. Only Rule 34 may decline any video that fails to meet them or does not provide a good user experience. Moderators retain discretion when evaluating content quality and compliance.
Accurate Presentation of Uploaded Material
Uploaders are responsible for ensuring that all accompanying information is truthful and relevant. Video titles, descriptions, categories, and tags must accurately describe the content, and performer identities must be represented correctly.
Incorrect tagging, misleading descriptions, or intentional attempts to misrepresent a video's contents may result in the video being removed or action being taken against the uploader's account.
Prohibited Categories
The following types of content cannot be uploaded, published, or distributed through Only Rule 34:
- Any video featuring a person under the age of 18.
- Sexual content published or shared without the consent of the people involved.
- Content depicting sexual violence, rape, torture, real-world harm, or death.
- Incest or sexual activity involving family members.
- Bestiality or sexual activity involving animals.
- Hate speech, threats, or material that encourages discrimination or violence.
- Material that is unlawful under applicable legislation.
- Content that reveals private information or personal data, or is intended to expose or harm another individual.
- Fake, misleading, or manipulated material that falsely represents the people, events, or circumstances depicted.
- Spam, fraudulent schemes, unauthorized advertising, or promotional material.
- Impersonation or false representations that someone is acting on behalf of another person.
Violations may lead to the removal of content and, where appropriate, restrictions on the account, suspension, or permanent termination.
