Illegal Content Policy
Last Revised: 02/14/2026
The Scope of the Policy
This policy applies to reports concerning material on Only Rule 34 that may violate applicable laws.
Only Rule 34 prohibits the publication, upload, distribution, promotion, or other use of the platform in connection with illegal content. When we become aware of potentially unlawful material, we assess the available information and may take measures appropriate to the circumstances.
Our procedures are intended to provide a clear route for users and other parties to raise concerns while allowing serious matters to be dealt with according to their level of risk.
Serious Safety Concerns
Certain reports require particular urgency.
Concerns involving child sexual exploitation or child sexual abuse material are treated as a priority. The same applies to reports involving threats to life or safety and other forms of serious illegal activity.
Where a violation involving child exploitation is confirmed, Only Rule 34 may remove the material, restrict or terminate the relevant account, and notify appropriate authorities where required or permitted by law.
Our Child Safety Policy provides additional information about these safeguards.
Examples of Other Prohibited Illegal Content
There are numerous forms of material that may be unlawful. Among other things, this can include:
- Sexual or intimate material shared without the depicted person's consent;
- Content involving coercion, exploitation, or abuse;
- Material connected with illegal acts or activities; and
- Content that contravenes applicable legislation or a lawful requirement issued by a competent authority.
Whether specific material is illegal will depend on the applicable law and the facts of the situation.
Making a Complaint
If you believe content available through Only Rule 34 may be unlawful, you should report it through our designated reporting channel.
Reports can be submitted using the Content Removal Request process or sent directly to admin@onlyrule34.com.
Public authorities and other organizations with legal or regulatory authority should use the procedures described in our Law Enforcement Requests information when seeking assistance, information, or action from Only Rule 34.
Details That Can Assist Our Review
Please provide as much relevant information as reasonably possible, including:
- The URL or URLs associated with the reported material;
- The username, profile, or account responsible, if known;
- The reason you believe the material may be illegal;
- Supporting evidence, such as screenshots, where useful; and
- Your name and contact information if you want to be contacted about the matter as we investigate it
Reports should be sufficiently specific for us to locate the material and understand the concern being raised.
How Complaints Are Assessed
Our moderation and safety teams review reports using a risk-based process.
Depending on the complaint, we may examine the material itself, consider relevant account information, review previous enforcement or moderation history, and seek further information when necessary.
In some circumstances, we may limit access to the reported material while the assessment is underway.
The fact that material has been reported does not automatically mean that a violation has occurred. Action is determined after considering the available information and applicable requirements.
Enforcement and Legal Cooperation
Where a review establishes that material breaches applicable law or our platform rules, Only Rule 34 may respond in a number of ways.
These may include removing the material, restricting access to it, suspending the responsible account, terminating the account, or implementing another appropriate restriction.
Content may also be restricted when a legal obligation requires us to do so.
Where applicable law permits or requires notification to an appropriate authority, Only Rule 34 may report suspected illegal activity and cooperate with relevant authorities.
Reports Made in Bad Faith
The reporting system should be used to raise legitimate concerns rather than to harass users, interfere with lawful activity, or deliberately submit false allegations.
A person who knowingly files fraudulent or malicious reports may be subject to account restrictions or other appropriate enforcement.
We do not, however, penalize users merely because a genuine report does not ultimately result in a finding of illegal content. Good-faith reporting is encouraged even where the reported material is later found not to violate our rules or applicable law.
Policy Maintenance
The requirements applicable to online platforms can change as legislation and regulatory expectations develop. We may therefore revise this policy when necessary to reflect legal changes, regulatory requirements, industry standards, or updates to our internal processes.
The latest version will be available on this page, along with the date on which it was last revised.
