Mr.X

Mr. X, also known as T-00 Tyrant, is an antagonist and intelligent bioweapon created by the Umbrella Corporation in the Resident Evil universe. This humanoid wears a black leather trench coat that gives him a somewhat gentlemanly appearance — despite being a complete monster. Although designed as a super soldier, Mr. X may have turned out a little too intelligent for his creators' liking.
